Our "Sample Service" sits alongside our website, and is an important part of that "getting it right" process.
All our website wedding and engagement styles, have replica samples to match.
These samples have become a popular way to bridge the gap between a website picture or concept, to give you an example, you can see, compare, and try on.
Samples can be sent within New Zealand and world wide.
Generally, they are made up in silver, set with synthetic stones that represent the actual stones that we will supply.
We include a set of ring sizers, to help you establish the correct fit for your actual ring order, also items set with pounamu New Zealand greenstone, we can supply examples of our current colour options available.
So how do you make a start??
Step one, select the style or styles you would like to look over.
Email us the SKU numbers which identifys each item on the website.
We then give you approx. prices for these items, offer advice on design, metal and stone options.
If you would like to continue, we then setup your "Custom Order" page on our website with a Link to access this page.
Your Custom order page will allow you to follow the make up process, initially it will detail the samples to be sent, we will include a set of finger sizes, and any other info. we can send to help you in the decision process.
It will also give you the price* including Post for the Sample pack to be sent to you.
This amount based on the number of samples( approx. NZ$100.00 each), sizers, and Post, which can be payed online using Visa or MasterCard. * Payment how it works;
The initial cost for the "Sample pack" will either;
Become a deposit, if you choose to have items made up, or be refunded back to you, less the Post charge and a admin. fee of NZ$25.00, if you do not want to continue.
Balance is refunded, once the items have been returned to us.
You will be responsible to Post the sample items back via any "non urgent " but Trackable Post system.( we cover all Pacific Treasures items sent or returned to us by Trackable Courier).
Next step, once you have received the samples, looked over and tried them on, you can advise us of any changes you would like to make, record size, metal and stone options chosen.
Once changes, if needed, and details are agreed on, an accurate price for the item/s will be given.
These details will be confirmed on your custom order page , and this page will be updated as your order progress's.
We will advise you when your item is completed, the balance is then paid, the item will be sent to you.
Note; Designs made up for an individual customer, unless stated otherwise, will join a collective pool of designs, ideas and concepts.
Any design may be used as is, or modified, and applied to other items on this website, and may be offered or used, to other individuals, who require a custom made item.
All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars.
For delivery within NZ, GST(15%) is included, for international orders, postage will be added( if not included in the deposit amount) as you proceed through the 'Checkout'.
