Hi Kate and welcome to our Custom Order Dept.
Thank you again for getting back to us, so here we will just confirm the details we have so far.
We will custom make up for you style R279(see pictured, note your diamond will be larger than this example)) in all 9ct white gold, set with a single .25ct round brilliant cut diamond, made up to a size "S1/2".
We have given you a total price of $2,095.00.
This price includes a discount for the metal in  your existing rings.
We understand you are wanting to pay this item off over  three months and have set the first 1/3 payment ($698.33)amount on this page.
When you are ready to move forward, this amount, once paid will confirm we have all details correct and will begin the make up process.
